Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 10, 2026

Liberty Immigration Council (“LIC,” “we,” “us”) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We take your privacy seriously — for many of the people we serve, confidentiality is not a preference but a matter of safety. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

How we use your information

What we never do

Donor privacy

Donor information is used solely to process gifts, issue receipts, and — only if you opt in — keep you informed about our work. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law; receipts are provided for every gift.

Cookies and analytics

This site may use a small number of cookies and privacy-respecting analytics to measure visits and improve content. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not build profiles of individual visitors. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; the site will continue to work.

How we protect your information

Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Access to client information is limited to staff and volunteers who need it to help you, all of whom are bound by confidentiality obligations. Sensitive case details are discussed only after you become a client, under attorney-client confidentiality.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Matters involving minors are handled directly with their parent or legal guardian.
